JOB DISCRIPTION:
- Work closely with the team, motivate and train
them.
- Provide encouragement to team members, including
communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill
checks.
- Assist management in hiring processes and new
team member training.
- Answer team member questions, helps with team
member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline
compliance
- Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team
members
- Keeping up to date with business development
and new product lines
- Develops strategies to promote team member
adherence to company regulations and performance goals

JOB DISCRIPTION:
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of
updates to these offerings.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of

time.
