Position: HR Recruiter

Exp. Req: 1-1.5 years

Location: Hyderabad

Education: Min Relevant Degree  

Salary: 18K-30K per Month

 


JOB DISCRIPTION:

·         Write and post job descriptions on career job portals, social media.

·         Source candidates by using databases, job portals and social media

·         Evaluate and screen resumes by virtual interaction

·         Conduct phone, Skype, Zoom and/or in-person interviews

·         Screen potential employees

·         Maintain interview and hiring records

·         Prepare hiring paperwork and information details

·         Handle the orientation of new employees

·         Administrating appropriate company assessments.

·         Issuing id cards, company Sim cards and joining formalities.

·         Assigning day to day work to the team

·         Collect the everyday performance details

·         Reviewing performance of candidates.

·         Support and motivate the candidates to achieve monthly targets.

·         Pay-out salaries as per their performance. 

·         Coordinating with HRs for work assessment, team building.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

·         Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

·         Experience with sourcing techniques

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong decision-making skills

 

 Position: Team Leader

Exp. Req: 1-2 years

Location: Hyderabad

Education: Min Degree

Salary: 18K-22K per Month


 JOB DISCRIPTION:

  • Work closely with the team, motivate and train them.
  • Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Assist management in hiring processes and new team member training.
  • Answer team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members
  • Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, target-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
  • Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Team management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Leader
  • Experience within customer services
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
  • Energetic and motivating individual
  • Creative thinking

 

 Position: Telesales/Telecaller

Exp. Req: 1-2 years

Location: Hyderabad

Education: Min Degree

Salary: 15K-18K per Month


 JOB DISCRIPTION:

  • Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
  • Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
  • Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
  • Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
  • Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
  • Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
